I agree. madden 19, I ran the west coast offense strict under center scheme. Never saw anyone else run it and because of that, I think people didnt know how to stop it. Problem is when you play Madden honest and like real football, the game will punish you when it decides your team is gonna play like garbage now. The pro consistently win because they only run the best formations and plays that "exploit" the game. IMO the only way to dominate this game is to break it. Which sucks, but to me its still more fun to dismantle someone with my own scheme than to copy some youtube bs.

Rice had will and determination far above everyone else which is just as if not more important than pure talent. Same with Michael Jordan. There’s some with similar talent but didn’t have that thing that made you great. Rice had that. 40 time is irrelevant. Rice had the amount of speed he needed. I’m not even sure moss was all that talented. He kind of was limited in his route running . Didn’t play hard. Take away his super human jump ball ability and he’s just another guy. Prob not a popular opinion but he really didn’t impress me other than his deep ball ability.

Actually I can answer my own question. Cover 3 is hard to beat when your offense is predictable. Like running the same 3 plays as everyone else. Gotta remember to think like a lemming .

I agree. Feel like ea decides when my players play. Also seems every time I get a new upgrade my team sucks for a few games. Stats don’t seem to matter at all. No matter how much I upgrade my team performance never changes

Most offenses can be delt with with the right adjustments. However it is frustrating to stop crossers one game while making the right adjustments, then the next game your d shts the bed and cant cover anyone. Imo the biggest problems right now are the lack of pass rush( ridiculous some of these schemes that can actually wait for streaks to come back), nickle formations like crossfire still stopping the run too much esp is 11 personel type formations. And the worst of all is people not paying the price for bad decision making. This is how bad players stay in games. Have  nowhere to go with the ball so ill just chuck it up into triple coverage for profit. Too many damn flukes and bailouts.

Cover 3 sky for me last night was terrible. I protect the sticks every play and had both corners in deep halves and was still getting bombed on. Never happened before the patch. Anyone else have that issue?

Boo fcn hoo! That blitz is not skill based. More for people that need a glitch to bail them out cuz the can’t call a decent game. Can’t believe what you just said lmao. Only if I could taunt you in person.
