Did it several times, still no joy. I can see in my transaction history that it's redeemed but the game doesn't acknowledge that at all :/

I redeemed the code for the 5 packs and one elite player on the PSN store went into the game and I just can't find the packs anywhere. Is there known issue with pre order bonuses or I'm just one lucky sod? Thanks for any help
