This has been happening since easter sunday for those of us consistently suffering. No amount of reinstalling will help us. Only way is to contact EA and give them UID or a way to get that so they can give you your account back.

I don’t see how it could take remotely this long. There’s no way the whole dev team is working on new content, and all it takes is either letting people in or reverting to some past stuff that worked before sunday
