To answer your question, you will remain at 97 OVR if you sub KAT in.   Here's the math behind it:   AVG OVR of 5 starters = 973 + 96 + 98 / 5 = 97 AVG OVR of 5 starters (w/ KAT) = 973 + 96*2 / 5 = 96.6   That 96.6 OVR rounds up to 97 so I am guessing your will remain at 97 OVR
