I dont think the dev teams are lazy. I would definitely say they are under-resourced and work on the priorities the business leaders outline to them. I think the lack of competence also comes from outsourcing to dev teams who have very little knowledge of the sport and game. They dont watch NFL and they dont play the game, no skin in the game.

They won’t compensate us in any shape or form. They couldn’t care less if we stop playing or not. They are one of the scummiest companies you could encounter.

I like TJ but what he told us today is not the truth. Does anyone really believe they cant quickly determine who has completed stages of HR and grant those rewards? They could do that in a few hours if they so wished. In my opinion they are waiting till HR is finished before sending out the rewards, so that they only do it once. They will pretend they have fixed it. I expect we will get them when the HR expires.

They are deliberately withholding them. On Friday they were able to quickly identify whoo had spent training on TVP and compensate them, it was that easy. It only took them a few hours to do that.
