The problem with that is what we all love about MUT in the first place the ability to make your team from your favorite players both past and present while working to get their new better cards. You can't do that in franchise mode, even if you add legends you miss the mark. I love how MUT is so seamless when it comes to changing my team, how I can have OOP players, chemistries, upgrades, specific goals for earning players, and the list goes on. There's no reason MUT mode shouldn't have this feature for players that only want ultimate customization within an"ultimate team" atmosphere. Not everyone plays MUT just for h2h and I'm sure those that don't would love have a series of player/team/seasonal and beyond goals to work towards rather than logging on to just do daily sets rinse repeat till the next content patch. NBA games do this and it shouldn't be too much to ask for madden to do it as well.

Outside of solos, purchasing packs, completing sets and browsing the auction house what does MUT provide to those who just don't care for h2h whether it be because of "cheese" or lack of time/competitiveness? Nothing. Solos get stale, content gets scarce, and players stop playing hoping for more next month/year. You could bring the franchise experience to MUT. Start out just like you do now in MUT with a bare-bones team and work your way up through seasons, stats, and achievements, the options are almost endless (think more Sean Taylor type events for all legends building up to their hall of fame card, etc.) Obviously, you would have to separate this part of MUT from anything competitive, but I for one don't play MUT competitive anyway so why am I getting pigeonholed into playing half a game? There are so many creative things you could do here; this is just the tip of the iceberg. I'm sure I'm not the only one who loves running fantasy drafts just to get the players you enjoy watching in real life. Well with MUT that's possible. However, its just too bad you're unable to track stats/achieve/work towards anything. I'm sure many others can add on to this as could I, but I doubt this will get any attention from EA much like my post in the past.
