To contact ea, you have to go to their help page. I think its like help.ea.com. If thats not it, i would just google help ea and that should be able to lead you to the site. When there just input the things that it tells you and follow the steps. At the end of it you will be able to talk to a consultant. GL with your issue

Yeah i feel it. I was able to get contact with them again about the situation. They actually said i had a really good case for it and said that they are going to send it in to the madden studio. I also talked with Kraelo about it, and he said he will look into the matter on monday.

Well the thing is i could wait another week, but then thats just makes me have to wait another week to build my team, it sucks but i know thats what im going to have to just do since no one really has been replying with any other answers.
