Is this something to stay on EA about? Or just file the ticket and wait?

2 months?!?! Damn that's a killer. Was sitting with a 91 overall team and a loaded offense. Now 89 overall and gonna have to shop receivers probably. Sucks. I have all the screen shots but I was told to just sit and wait for EA to investigate.

It came from mut18gifts. Ill post a picture later today on this thread. The website had the official EA and Origin logos. It looked legit. Thought it might be tied to TOTW predictions or something. I didn't expect a scam. My own naivety.

Hey fellow mutheaders. Be careful received a message on PSN, saying I won by choice of player and to log in to claim it. Checked message and before I realized it was spam the next morning I woke up to 30 notifications and all my auctionable players were gone. Snow beast Calvin, Eric Allen, blitz Aaron Donald. Even my LTD time D Thomas. Only 1.5 mill coins in bank. Absolute killer. Working with EA to get my team back no idea on timeframe.

I got a message via PSN saying I've been awarded a player of my choosing. Asks me to log in. Log in won't work. Any ideas?
