So relocation this year seems different than in the past, where if your team has a certain rating (above 40 for me) then you can't relocate. I've tried having our commish switch the setting to "Everyone Can Relocate" and "All Users Only", but neither have worked. Anyone else run into this?

If you have PS4, Settings > Sound and Screen > Display Area Settings Drag this to the edge of your TV
