Is there a source online or somewhere that shows how much chemistry it takes to to send a guy up 1 level? For example, I have 92 Deion Jones. It takes 12/12 RnR and 3 Falcons to make him a 93. I would love a guide like that. Or, do some cards have comments on them on Muthead saying this? Would love some help.

I have a couple NAT NFL playoff Falcons (Sanu, Deion Jones) who dont start for me. Was thinking about completing the Julio 95 set and sell him. Are the 95 Captain sets tradable/auctionable?
