Just wanted to see if there is anyone else out there nervously holding on to a bunch of gold players and elite tokens waiting for PH to drop.  PH seems like a program EA has consistently put out (usually in February).  Poll -- Do you think we are screwed?

UPDATE   After reading the post and watching the video in the thread I referenced above, I wanted to experiment with what the DDA and other algorithms would do if I tried to work them to my advantage. Note: you will probably have to read and watch the videos I referenced for background or this may not make much sense.   So, in my weekend league I lost three games in a row Saturday morning and I “rage quit” the last two losses (which I never do) and then didn’t open the game for over a day (usually I’m on at least once a day to do dailies) to try to identify if the DDA/algorithm/whatever would kick in and interpret that I am a player who doesn’t rage quit, plays a lot, and then, would they seek to enhance my overall gaming experience by either 1) Pairing me against lower rated teams and giving them no intervention/help from the EA DDA, or 2) pair me against equal teams but give me the DDA advantage.   I had four games left when I logged back on and won them all.  For these games, my rating was higher than the other team, however, when this happened in the previous weekend league games I would more than often lose because my players didn’t perform as they usually do.  There was no intervention in these final four games and I won easily.

I’m not going to turn on Madden until Monday morning to finish my weekend league.  Since I lost my last three, I bet I will win the next 3-5 games because this will be the longest I have gone without logging on in awhile and the DDA will work in my favor.  I will report what happens.

Since the Worldwide EA Customer Experience Center could not help credit me with one win that wasn’t properly applied to my game account, I imagine any other feedback I have regarding their product would fall on deaf ears, so I shall rant here.   Other than Squads, this game is just flat out not fun to play anymore and more frustrating than anything. I have many issues, but I will just outline my two biggest problems:   1)  Spam play (worse than usual). Tell me if this sounds familiar to you — you’re excited to start your weekend league, you enter your first game, you kick off and then it happens - Spam run right, spam run left. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. And it’s probably Bo Jackson, or for some ungodly reason that Michael Vick OOP RB doing it to you. As a defender, you know that it is your responsibility to stop it, or why shouldn’t they keep running it? Well, I have tried everything from the 4-3, 3-4, 4-3 wide, 335 wide, 5-2, 4-4, and every other formation and sub formation available in every defensive playbook. I have a 95 ranked defense (yes I buy packs), and I think a child mashing the buttons at random should be able to stop at least one drive with my personnel. I cannot keep count of how many games I’ve played where the opponent did not pass once. They have been winning, so why shouldn’t they keep doing it, but those kind of games just aren’t fun to play in my opinion.  This weekend league has been the worst...it is out of hand.
