Lineups

Quote from drewgriffincom >> I seriously am embarrassed by how many hours goes into crafting the "perfect" salary cap lineup. I have saved lineups that pros have used and agonized over trying different things ALL the time. I have won 12 salary cap seasons (said not to impress anyone) but have also lost in the first game more than 12 times because every time something doesn't work I think I have to change too much. Anyway, it seems that I have 1 4-3 lineup that I have used at times and like playing with. See what you think. By the way, it is tier 5 toughness chem. Not sure why I did it that way, but figured I might as well try. https://www.muthead.com/18/team-builder/950423

I've played SC so much to know which positions are valuable to me, Shazier is my run stopper, if I have a guy with good oLine who keeps running up the gut I user Shazier & put him right in between my DTs & spread my LBs, eventually he'll go for a loss of yards & think about going deep, that's when I user Chubb, he's a monster w Jump the snap & Under Pressure gives me lots of picks, I get the ball back & have a great run game w my Eagles playbook it has alot of money singleback formations, I can pitch outside if I want I have good WRs who can block, when they start getting tired of me running so much they start blitzing & pressing, thats when I go deep w playaction to 96 speed moncrief, Young has conductor w 88 speed & 91 playaction so blitzers bite hard on fake handoffs, my TE has 92 speed, Julio has 93 speed. That's all I need, I see people spend too much on corners & its the same deal, won 2 SC championships with 63 Josh Hawkins & 79 Desmond King, that's when I realized CBs don't really matter as long as they have speed & agility, w a little bit of blockshed. But to each their own. This lineup has gotten me multiple championships.

https://www.muthead.com/18/team-builder/955066 I play strictly 4-3, I never have my nickel out there, As you can see I have one huge weakness; my entire left side of my D line, i make up for it w 99 Bradley Chubb he's a complete monster for me, since my D line is crap my MLB has to be a baller, 93 speed with 95 pursuit, great coverage & run stuff, Shazier flies all over the field for me, big hits to stop inside runs, speed to stop outide runs. I used to have Replays Shaq Thompson at LOLB but I needed the cap space, and Worrilow has amazing speed & low cap to keep up with anybody on the flats. The entire game I'm usually working on stopping the run to the right which comes by fairly easy, nobody in salary cap likes running that much especially to the strong side, so I can manage w a crappy Dline as long as I have Chubb to apply pressure which he often does. My slot WR is TE Sharp, a bit slow 82 speed but reliable hands with awesome Run Block, as you can see all my WR have amazing run blocking to make up for an average Oline. Also in Singleback formations I sub in Sharp as my 2nd TE. I used to have TOTY Engram at TE1 but I like Jenkins more, he's glitchier w stiff arms & has posession catch something Engram doesn't which is critical for a TE running in between LBs. Even though Engram is 90+ route running I'll still take Jenkins anyday.
