So just to clarify, you should never release/trade a player with a higher penalty than his salary, correct?

Also, what can I do to solve this problem?

I was trying to make a superteam (for Play Now only), so I turned all the players I wanted into punters and then cut them.  I then cut all the players from the Buccaneers, which is the team that I wanted to turn into a superteam.  Note:  All of the Buccaneers players were already cheap players I traded for.   Anyway, when I tried to sign the "punters", it said I had no cap space anymore.  WHY???

Is there a way to tell when a program (new years, specialists, lunar new year, etc.) will end?  This knowledge would be very helpful when deciding whether or not to invest my time and stamina in completing various events.

Does Legacy Dirk get more expensive to upgrade as he gets higher?  If so, how much doesn’t it cost to upgrade him to level 94?
