I'm new to this game. I wanted to use the Lynch, Eli and Malcom Smith I got back as NAT (I picked up Master Reggie White) to complete another set but it won't let me. I know I've used NAT players in sets before. How come I can't do it with these players?

I have a few ToTY tokens, but can't see any way to get more. i only bought and started playing a few weeks ago. Was this a time sensitive thing that I missed the window on?
