Do you think I should just use the 95 LT from those solos for a while and spend my coins elsewhere? If so what should I upgrade?

https://www.muthead.com/19/team-builder/1033303   Just got to 95 overall today after the house rules rewards ( I have no idea why it says I'm 96). I need some ideas to upgrade the team. I'll have around 250k coins and 3k training to do stuff with. I'd prefer to upgrade the defense (3-4) but whatever advice I get will be much appreciated.
