Im, in nickel a gap 335, 44, and 3/4 odd

I cant stop anyone on defense and it is getting frustrating, my defense is inconsistent, no pass rush, gets pancaked at the line of scrimmage and cant stop the run, cant defend the pass and drops ints, what can, I do?
