you have to complete the sets that give you food, i believe you need 3 82-85, and 6 77-79 harvest players to get a main course. and to get the side dishes you need 3 77-79 harvest cards

you only get one, i spent countless hours, coins and training to try to find it. if you go into your missions and look at your level rewards you only get one then you get the 93-94 then the 95

I had him for the weekend but i have to say he is not worth it at all. I ran a Ravens theme team and added him to it to replace lamar and honestly i felt that lamar could make better passes than him
