When you go into mut squads, it shows your individual OVR for three areas. Head coach, offense, and defense. My head coach shows 94. My offense shows 95. And my defense shows 95.

Currently my offense is that a 95 OVR and my defense is at a 95 OVR. My head coach is that a 94 OVR which leaves me at a 94 total. I've got the 91 Bo Jackson kicker and the 87 Tom Brady punter. (I thought maybe special teams affects head coach.) Exactly what effects your head coach OVR? What do I need to do to get my overall OVR to a 95?     Thank You
