I can vouch that Chilli's leagues last a long time.  Plenty of leagues fold, but his keep going for multiple years now, with over 20 plus dedicated core group of active users, and some really strong talent in this group as well.

PS4 w/ a $50 lottery for one PSN card to be held after the season if you finish the season in good standing w/ the league. Sim style play, every team has rosters with All-Time Legends.  All-Pro/Simulation for settings, 6 min qtrs, no accell clock, Injuries OFF, no Pre-season. Custom playbooks allowed, no Nano-blitzing, but aside from mixing up your play calling, limited rules. 48 Hour Advance at 11 pm central, like clock work.  Will advance ahead of schedule if all games played. Discord is the AP we use.  Need to be at least able to respond to DM's there to be in league. 16 of the owners come from previous league, as this is a SINGLE season league. There will be no rookie draft, no need to trade, no need to develop. Playing CPU is optional Just fire up & play some competitive games using Legends Rosters instead of Modern one in a season format. The following teams are open as of right now: Dolphins, Bills, Jets

I posted this in EA Madden Forum, but was asked to post this here by someone for discussion.   So, the #1 request I get on all the leagues I've played is to be able to EXPORT our teams and play H2H online amongst friends. Re-match of a Season 1 Superbowl? 2018 Superbowl champ vs 2020 Superbowl champ? vs 2024 Champ? Your buddy's team in the AFC vs your team in the NFC that you never get to play against because you both aren't making the Superbowl?? Being able to practice with your squad as you've developed it/changed it vs your friends before heading back into online league play?? Half the reason to do Franchise mode is to be able to build the team we play with OUR way, and then have no way until league advances to use this team. And if the league folds, that team is lost. I think this is the #1 missing feature that would DEFINITELY bump Online Franchise modes continuation. As it is, a lot of people join a league and get frustrated after a months work goes down the drain because the league folds as other guys in the league lose interest. These players I talk to often move on to play Dead Red 2, Spiderman, Nba2k, returning to Fortnite, etc. The competition for other NFL games isn't there, but I feel first hand as I try to keep guys from leaving our franchise leagues that other video games offer competition, so I'm sure EA has to feel this pressure as well, not just getting someone to buy the game once, but to stick around for several months and re-up next season.
