Who does everybody use at LB for their non-user(s)? What traits do you value the most? Coverage? Play Rec? Also, 4-3 guys, do you prefer to user your MLB or an OLB?

I run the two motivators, Badger & Hyde. Definitely the two best / most impactful players on my squad. Plus I like to use the sub packages like Big Nickel / Safety Swap / FS1 at Nickel to move them around. Highly recommend.
