At this point it's like the game is mocking me. I've never been more frustrated playing this game. I've tried like 10 times to beat this event and I'm wasting my morning at this point.   The CPU can shoot at will and make just about every shot; even if they don't I NEVER get a defensive rebound. We had a go-ahead bucket that literally went over the hoop and missed when we were up 20-19 (idk if it was blocked or not).   All this for one measly elite. I'm livid.

I'm only one event away from completing the New Year's promo. The problem is that the touch controls disappear whenever I play it. I've uninstalled the game, restarted my phone to no avail. What do I do ?

I saw this coming... EA always does this, but I'm not really that fazed by it. My suggestion is that you salvage it whichever way possible

Damn, I see that coaching style plays a huge role. My coach is Rick Carlisle (defensive). That explains a lot.   I will take everything told to me on this thread into consideration in the future. Thanks for the info everyone!

I posted a similar thread like this, however nobody could be bothered to assist me in this issue. I'm trying to be as good as I can in league tournaments, but I can't even get any defensive stops. Whenever we play defense every player focuses in on the ball carrier rather than their actual assignment, leaving multiple others open, and usually for an uncontested shot that goes in.   I also struggle with defensive rebounding. The CPU has way too many second-chance points against me. Please answer as soon as possible, I want to improve and this part of the game is holding me back.

Turnovers will happen. I get that, but I'm noticing that the gameplay is godawful. So much for being refined.   The the two main issues that concern me is the defense's lack of tenacity to get rebounds, but most importantly my players never get back on defense, making almost every other possession a fast break. This has caused me to struggle very often in H2H matches. I really need help, what should I do?

Ubisoft does it often, so i can't complain if EA does.
