The cross safety man is a great way. Usually I run a cover 2 with a qb spy. I man up one safety across and user the qb spy to cover the other crossing route. Also, if your opponent isn't using the fake hike, set in coaching gameplan to aggressive pass rush. He won't have time to wait for his crossing routes to open up
