Here is one I did using Topaz Adjust. Although I think I did it a bit TOO much, but I get the jist. Unfortunately, I don't have Clean.

I've tried over and over, but I can never get my players to look this clean when trying to make him look cartoonish. Any help?

HI ALL, I USED TO MAKE A LOT OF BANNERS FOR FANTASY FOOTBALL OWNERS WHEN I WAS WORKING IN THE BUSINESS. SADLY, I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING IN A VERY LONG TIME.   WITH MY BIRDS IN THE SUPER BOWL AFTER SO MANY YEARS, I'VE BEEN DABBLING IN CARSON WENTZ PICS. HERE IS THE FIRST GRAPHIC I HAVE MADE IN ABOUT 5 YEARS JUST WANTED TO GET YOUR THOUGHTS.   PS - I ABSOLUTELY SUCK AT ADDING FONTS AND MAKING THE PIC LOOK EVEN BETTER.
