Is there anyway to change experience level in Madden 19?!?

I have no clue how Muthead works lol but anyone know how to change you difficulty on ultimate team (madden 19) because every time I play a solo battle or head to head game, The game jukes for me and it’s very annoying. Please tell me how to fix that !
