What matchmaking code do you have to put in to get a game. Every time my friend and I try to ready it asks for a code.

I tried to buy points on PS4 trough the store. They aren’t here. Will they show up when the game releases or do I need to contact ea and try to get my 89 back

I just purchased 12000 points on madden 20. I logged on to see they’re not there. Anyone else having this problem? Will they not be available until the game releases? I hope I didn’t just spend 90 for nothing. Thanks
