I can sort of see why it did that, I guess.. Bobby Wagner was actually a true 98 but 99 with Madden - maybe somehow Roquan's stats are still higher even though it's a 98.

omg.. I found out what it was.. for some reason it had my 98 Roquan Smith as MLB2 so I tried switching him out with my 99 Bobby Wagner and now I see I'm at 99 overall. Thanks guys, I appreciate the help!

Thanks everyone! I think based on where I'm at with my team and how much time left before MUT20, I'll hold off on power ups for base 99s. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking anything overwhelmingly compelling.   In an ideal scenario I would probably want to go full PU 99s. I'm still trying to reach overall team 99 (currently at 97) tough, so I'll prioritize that for the remaining MUT 19 time. Limited resources since NoMoneySpent all year.. but min/maxing is always tempting for me.. it's probably still going to bug me I won't be doing full PU 99s lol.. will just try to get an earlier start for MUT 20. Thanks again!

Say I have 99 Telvin Smith from NFL Draft set.. is it still worth getting the Power Up card to add that 99 card into it? I'm assuming I'd just get another chem ability or 2.. and I know the coins/trading points going into it would be somewhat expensive.. but how many of you actually do this and recommend it?    Just want to see what you guys recommend before deciding where my chems will go (the base 99 or power up 99 version)   Thanks!
