The_eye_of_envy

every now and then I get lagged out of games. Only ea games this happened last year in madden 19 and also in Star Wars. I can play every other game completely fine just not ea games! Does anyone know why? I emailed ea multiple times and they have never responded. Anyone know what I can do or a better way of getting into contact with them??
