Nothing else to do other than notify them they are not working and continue to post in hopes they reply or acknowledge it. I have video of Secure Tackler not triggering 7 different times. I have tried to make 3 posts now about Secure Tackler not triggering and it gets flagged instantly as spam. I have video proof of it not triggering several times as the user.
