The MUT heroes string has a better solo that gives 220xp per completion. It's in the section with Brees and house rules. Just do the first solo in that section.

You've probably spent the 100k, but I would do the Harvest solos and take Joey Bosa. Then you should do the two gauntlets and get 92 Devin White and Derwin James. Also, get any team captain tokens that are available.
