Put your spoiler here. Can you get him to a 99 with the right chems? With out dealing with team builder is there a website or page where I can put Chems on and see what he maxes out at?

Already got a powered up Ware and rookie premiere Vander is quick selling the Toty the move? I can't see spending all that coin to power him up because I don't think he will be getting any more upgrades BUT I see everyone raving about him...
