Does EA know about it? is there anywhere that they have stated that and do they have an estimated fix for it?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with not being able to claim last weeks rewards from last weeks solo battles and not being able to play this weeks solo battles? There was a time earlier today when I was able to play the solo battles and I saw that the featured game is the Free Agency team, however, it has since disappeared leaving me unable to see or play this weeks battles or get my rewards still.
