Thanks for the advice! Being that the Lions defense is a hybrid and has plenty of 3 4 for me I'm gonna stick with it (just got to all pro second string). I started with the ravens playbook and like that one too, do you have any advice on which plays to use in the ravens playbook or just general strategy on how to use it? I like the lions playbook because i like to use 4 3 when my opponent comes out in 2 or 3 back sets.

Budget is currently $2,000,000 for my entire team or around 75k a player, pats offense, lions defense. I run a little 4 3 and some 3 4 but i really like running 3 2 6 against opponents that favor passing. No NAT's
