After the ball snap do u hold strafe then turbo out of an hold triangle?

I have 96 ray lewis and 96 bobby wagner, i suck when it comes to usering the MLB, what buttons does everybody use, like when you strafe left to right, and interceptions, seems like everytime the ball gets thrown at me i try and push triangle but it just bounces off me. And what does the right stick do? And what red chems is the best for user MLB
