The HOF players that came out when Maden 19 came out need an upgrade. They were not bad to start, but they need to be upgraded. 90 overalls are not good enough now. A good idea to make them have upgrades that makes total sense is to give each HOF player their own legend. The legends now would give them about a 95 overall upgrade. This should also be good enough for the whole year. A similar upgrade situation would be Deion Sanders. He got a Legend and now it's getting a 95 overall Blitz card that can be used to upgrade him. It would make complete sense to do this. Let's try to make this happen for MUT 19
