How do you change it then? I’ve tired but can’t get it to change

Anyone else have an issue lately when they press the D pad to zoom the view out and instead of doing that it keeps trying to go to pre-play adjustments.  Anyone know why?  It did it to me tuesday i played a game and i could change the view and my next game i couldnt change the view.  I am playing solo battles and solo challenges and it does it,  so wednesday i tired a different controller(thinking maybe a button go broken or stuck down) it let me change the view in my first game in the second game it would go to preplay adjustments.  So it appears something must be happening but i dont know what.  Anyone have any ideas or suggestions or experience this issue before?

I  have the same struggle i really struggle when playing weekend league this year.  Last year 14-16 win guy in it this year i struggle to get to 9.  I do fine when i play seasons but in weekend league i just cant win.

yeah i usually get like 23800 ish.  I just cant seem to consistently get to the 25k mark.  I occasionally score one or two games there but cant do it every time.
