I run a 3-4 and this is my defense : https://www.muthead.com/19/team-builder/997624 .. I get killed on outside runs and my dline can never get sacks. I'm also waiting to upgrade Damon Harrison to replace Suh. Any suggestions on who I should get?

So far I have 93 Ogden, 89 Rodger Saffold, 88 Rodney Hudson, 89 Yanda and 91 Dotson. I'm looking to upgrade Rodger Saffold ( I have 86 Joel Bitonio and I just pulled his heavyweights card and Rodney Hudson. I mostly pass. Who should I get in replace of these guys?

I have 90 overall Ted Hendricks. With legend packs coming tomorrow, do I keep or sell him?

I've only started watching football in the last two years and started playing madden this year. I'm confused on the defensive formations and which positions play on the field and which don't. What defense formation in your opinion would be best for online play and what positions play it? Thanks!
