Did we ever get an answer to what exactly “Juke, Stiff Arm and Truck specialist” actually do?

The fact that players in the community constantly had to learn to play with ACTUAL GLITCHES IN THE GAME is damning enough an indictment on a man is his position. The players at every level of the game had to work in actual glitches to a scheme because we knew they wouldn’t get fixed. Not good.
