Would this issue be enough to warrant a justified refund? Asking for a friend.

Why in the world would they make a huge change like this on a weekend that they can’t fix it? Stupid. Just plain stupid. Not one update this season has gone smoothly so why would they expect this one to do so?! EA could give two shits about the people that play this game and that is becoming more apparent every week.

Yep lol took down the Marvel & DC Legends twice and then some other former top 100 league last night.

Started out as a place for a buddy and me to build up our alts, ending as us going undefeated + upsetting a couple cheat leagues :)    If interested message me on here and tell me 3 things:  1) Why do you deserve the league? 2) Your best joke hating on the Cowboys. 3) Your best joke hating on the Eagles.   Must also send a picture of your favorite car to Alfredo0718 on Kik. Prestige Worldwide is a "new" league made of top players from many top 20 leagues in MM18. Everyone here has at least two years experience playing Madden Mobile and has elite skill + team overalls. We are now looking for new members who will promise the same dedication and skill that it takes to make that push to become #1. I have a good friend that has been trying to join a league for 5 days now. He has been in contact with EA Help for hours on end and still no solutions to his problem have been presented. Each time he tries to accept the league invite or an admin tries to accept his application their device crashes and goes back to the login screen. Finally he has filed a claim with consumer affairs and Google Play. I’m hoping that this post will make its way to the EA help team or anyone that actually has some authority within the company. It’s not right. This man has been a loyal customer and player with EA for years now and they still just sit around doing nothing while refusing to let him speak to a manager or someone with authority. EA needs to make this right and I don't mean by giving him 7,500 coins for a pro pack.
