Thanks for the response. It seems no matter what issue I raise the response is always they are aware an working on it. They say they can't give items. This was via live chat. I know in past years the community manager on the boards was able to give make rights. That may have changed. So the eahelp web site ( create a case ) was a dead end. Just keep trying till I get lucky and get a good tech, or is there a different way to try and get this fixed?

It has been working for me for 9 days I think it is?, Fear daily not working though. Owed about 30 days x 800xp for that.

It says we have 34 days left. Why are the locking us out of what according to the game we should still have a month left to do. I could have completed various objectives IF I had known that I had 34 days less to do them.

Isn't there like 40 days left before it expires? The program.

It would have been nice - and really expected - if they would have told us they would change the stats. The cards still say expire condition none. Decisions on what to get had these boosts as a primary factor. It is wrong imo for them to stealth nerf things. Like auto refreshing solo battles - at random days it seems - as another example.

Still broken.

Who am I supposed to talk with? In general, not just on this issue. The Eahelp page just closes cases without any interaction and the eahelp twitter guys say they can't grant owed items.

Any update minister of defense? You are right we need to repeatedly file missing / owed content claims.

I hope a lot of ya'll are sending this info to the NFL. I sent some info once and never heard from them. Still the more they know about how much issues occur and more importantly the lack of acknowledging them and fixing them the better.
