Sounds very right... But in other threads other Moto phones are having trouble too

My phone looks as tho it meets minimum requirements but no matter what I do the game freezes and force shuts down on the loading screen going into events.    It's a Moto Z Play 2. I've changed the settings from high to medium to low to very low. And I've cleared cache, I've connected and disconnected my accounts, logged in and out at least a dozen times and I've uninstalled and installed the game at least ten time. I'm just frustrated and I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do. Ugh...

I have the moto Z2 as well and I'm having the same problems as everyone in this thread... The moto phones just won't work with whatever i try to do. THIS SUCKS!
