40k popcorn will convert to 20k blitz tokens after promo ends. So maybe you might hold them... just take into consideration all blitz tokens over 20k will be lost...so if u have some... better use blitz tokens on something...

I can confirm Aeneas 89 exchanges for 3000 badges. Considering the fact 92 Rice can be exchanged for same 3000 badges it' s not matter of whether legend was buildable through upgrades or not so all 89 and above exchange the same...
