The Minister of Defense's latest item is a Power Rusher DE with 82 SPD, 98 STR, 97 PMV, 96 BSH, and 95 TAK ratings. For anyone using an Eagles, Packers, or Panthers theme team, Reggie White's Power Up can now reach 95 OVR without today's item and 98 OVR with it added to his Power Up path.
