The FG Block Exploit is rampant now on Old Gen XB1... 1/15/23 UPDATE
Running up against this pretty much every other game in WL. It cost me two games. Any counter other than always going for two? I heard swapping to a left footed kicker might be a solution?
By the way... if you run this to get your wins... you are indeed a scumbag.

Note... the FG Block exploit is only a thing on old gen consoles... so those of you who have migrated to current gen you just have to suffer the slowed-down gameplay but at least you don't have to deal with this nonsense.
I've now played dozens of games of both Seasons and Champions subbing in left-footed Punter Tress Way as my kicker for extra points and short to mid FGs... and have not had a single kick blocked!. Lots of guys still try... I'd say one out of every three. But with their normal setup (FG Block Left - Safe Man Left) and their 2nd defender on the left side being usered... he just runs into my Right Tackle Willie Anderson and falls down.
A few words of caution... I am fairly certain if they know you are using a lefty kicker they can come out with the opposite setup (FG Block Right - Safe Man Right) and user the 2nd defender on the right... and they will be able to block it. So after your first kick you may want to mix it up and switch between Tress Way and your normal right-footed kicker).
Also... Tress Way doesn't have a great leg. I won't try this from outside the 25 yard line.
