First Ban in 13 years playing MUT
Thanks for posting this. I thought I did something also since I use the companion app often.
I believe its not a ban I just checked 1 account that still on level 2 from season 1 and there's not Mut option. So I'm thinking it's they getting ready for season 3
This is my first day back from a bs 28 day suspension for selling my entire binder (14 days) and buying Logan Ryans PU for 10x it’s normal price cuz it was the only one on the AH (14 days). When I logged in, I almost lost my mind, but it’s just down for the update lol.
To be honest, I woke up and tried to sell something from my iPhone and thought the same as the OP…
You're not banned. MUT is being renovated for Season 3 and the tab is gone for everyone. Just relax.
If it's a permanent ban you will get an email. Mine stated "match cheating" for both of my accounts one of which I never played a H2H game on. But I traded 10 elites for 10 powerups between teams and played 2 WL games since I could only play 12 SB games that week since 1 vanished as usual. And in that permanent ban all online tabs are removed including the yard and all of the other items. So if those items are still available then you haven't been hit with the permanent "match cheating" ban. Also contacting EA is a complete waste of time.

+1 on down for maintenance (it is Thursday), we're all seeing the same thing - pretty sure you're fine. It is a sad commentary on EA though that many automatically think they've been banned because they can't log in
Just curious did you guys sign that petition that's on here?
I’ve been playing Madden since it first came out. Got banned last year for the first time. Only thing l can think of l did was to give a friend some low level elites
I just checked and have the same thing. They do have a renovating splash screen before the game tab so I think we are good 👍
To be fair, you weren’t wrong in thinking it was a ban. This is exactly how it happens.
Oh I’m an idiot saw another thread with someone saying they were banned and was seeing some thing. Thanks for the heads up. Working from home can be fun again 😂
No buying/selling coins, no “sketchy” activity at all on account but woke up to denied access on companion app and checked console and MUT tab is gone. Have about 20-25 mil worth of team/coins on account only thing I really care about and the time I spent to grind/make coins (NMS). Should I contact EA or is this a no getting it back perma-ban? Unfamiliar with any bans.
