Camera Angle help

I do this before EVERY H2H game because settings seem to be changed at random. EA knows there is a problem as it's been reported by many players. But they have not been able to replicate it on their end. It's comical because it literally happens to me almost every other game. Sucks to get into your playoff game and not be able to change the camera how you like it.

So this problem started Thursday afternoon. Normally i use my d-pad (on xb1 to change the camera angle). However, lately in solos and in Weekend League, whenever i hit my d-pad to change the camera angle, it just gives me the hot route option and won't let me zoom in or zoom out on the camera. Anyone know how to fix this?
