I run zone, and I value Agility/COD on my sub-LBs, along with Hit Power and height. After the Ghost release, my plan is to run my Nickel/Dollar/Dime formations as follows:
Deep FS -- 6'7" Julius Peppers -- Deep Out Zone KO, Pick Artist (1 AP total) Deep SS -- 6'7" Ted Hendricks -- Deep Out Zone KO, Tip Drill (2 AP total) Sub-LB 1 -- 6'2" Sean Taylor -- Pick Artist (1 AP) Sub-LB 2 -- 5'10" Troy Polamalu -- Acrobat & Pick Artist (3 AP total) Situational Sub-LB -- 6'3" Ray Nitschke -- Lurker (0 AP)
In my view, this will really stop agg catching on the back end while giving me fast, big hitters in the middle. Troy P may be short, but Acrobat is wild, so I think this is ideal.
