Also every cartel, prison gang, mob, family or every aspect in life: good smart fair determined leadership leads to success, positivity and prosperity while poor lazy frivolous vengeful arrogant leaders only lead to doom, negativity, decreasing members, and eventual failure its a basic concept

Its all in the leadership as it is in every company or team or whatever
