I never thought EA could lower my expectations further than they already have these past few years. I legitimately feel stupid for thinking that I wouldn't get banned for using an EA first party app. Chat Agent Suchet told me there is a high influx of queries for this issue at the moment, probably doesn't mean shit tho.

Did you use the app? Ive barely been using it but I logged on and bought a few 91s for cheap and was banned less than an hour later. I've heard the trick is to contact them through "missing content". Apparently the system will automatically put strikes on accounts for certain actions and eventually it will auto ban. Another user claimed this is what support told him, he also said that most of his strikes on his account where not reviewed/investigated and the support agent told him that aswell.
