As far as I understand it, the redux players were once limited edition cards, so they are no longer in packs and their low supply leads to a high demand or a high price. This redux promo or whatever you want to call it therefore adds the cards back into packs and lowers the value of the card and increasing the accessibility of the card to the community

Same here. Finished all 32 challenges with 4 stars and didn't get a pack for it.

They did him dirty on RR, hoping he gets a better card later this year
