Because I was 100% confident that I had already downloaded and played the PS5 version. Didn't think downloading the PS4 verstion after already downloading the PS5 version and playing on it would matter and I wanted to see if the pre order content would be there and sure enough it was. Why are you acting like this is all okay? I should have just gotten what I payed for. I shouldn't have to play detective. Regardless I did exactly what I was supposed to do, shouldn't matter that I downloaded PS4 version after playing on PS5 right? What is your point?

I DID download the PS5 version first. I did it two days before launch. I logged in and played for an hour on the PS5 version and my content was not there. I logged out and went over to my game library and clicked PS5, then version, PS5 was downloaded, PS4 was NOT DOWNLOADED, I then downloaded it just to see what would happen. When I logged in none of the prior hours progress was there (I realize the don't cross over) but all the pre order stuff was there. This is not a situation where I downloaded the PS4 version first. I have been playing PS5 for two years on previous Maddens and on MLB the show. I know how to make sure what version is downloaded.

Same thing happened to me. Been playing on PS5 for two years, I'm very familiar with making sure how to download the right version. I had PS5 version downloaded first, logged in and played, PS4 verstion wasn't downloaded when I was playing. I only downloaded the PS4 version because I wanted to see what would happen, I had none of my progress but all the preorder stuff was there when I logged into PS4.

I dowloaded the PS5 version first, logged in and played on PS5. Made sure it was the right version two days before launch. After a few hours I downloaded the PS4 version, logged in, all my progress was not there because they don't cross over, but all the pre order content was there. So this is a mistake that has nothing to do with downloading the wrong version first. I did everything right and it didn't make a difference.

I absolutly did not download the PS4 version first. I had the PS5 version dowloaded two days ago. I played the PS5 version for an hour before downloading the PS4 version. I had packs from for loyalty and EA play under the PS5 version when I logged in. Didn't understand why my preorder content wasn't there. Went over to version and PS4 was not downloaded so I downloaded it. Logged in on PS4 and none of my progress was there since they don't cross over but all the pre order stuff was available there. Nothing else I could have done.

So my pre order content is available on the PS4 version but not PS5. I had downloaded the PS5 version first and there was nothing. I downloaded the PS4 version and there it was, they are not cross compatable so how are the pre order bonuses linked to PS5?? Are you supposed to get them on both versions?

This has been happening to me as well. Its really frustrating. I havn't heard of any fix or anything. My XP will generate out of nowhere sometimes hours after completing solo's. Someone said that if you go into Field Pass and click on the daily tracker and then back out it will generate the XP but that doesn't work for me. Logging out and back in isn't consistant either. I played last night and as of today still dont have the XP. I got three wins in draft last night and still don't have the the three golds. Also the missions section isn't showing that I completed the missions and finally I can't get the hit stick to work in any mode other than practice mode. Lol.
